Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex internal infrastructure and customer facing initiatives within an authentication and payment solutions environment. This role will focus on transitioning teams from traditional waterfall delivery into a more agile operating model while managing high visibility, technically complex projects.
The ideal candidate is a strong delivery focused Project Manager (not a Scrum Master) who thrives in ambiguity, acts as a calming and organized force, and has experience working directly with external clients. This individual will drive schedules, manage cross functional dependencies, and proactively solve problems in a fast paced, high demand environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex initiatives
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (transitioning from waterfall to agile)
• Experience managing internal infrastructure projects (e.g., server upgrades, domain migrations, enterprise systems)
• Client facing delivery experience, including leading customer meetings and managing expectations
• Technical background or strong understanding of the SDLC
• Strong schedule building and delivery management skills
• Ability to operate independently with a high level of initiative (not an assembly line PM)
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast changing environments
• Experience coordinating across multiple technical and business teams
• Ability to act as a stabilizing, organized presence during high pressure situations
• Willingness to work 5 days per week onsite
