Job Description
The Program Manager will lead one or more highly complex IT programs comprised of multiple projects within the self‑service platform organization. This individual will align program delivery with broader strategic initiatives, manage schedules from inception through delivery, and ensure appropriate governance controls are in place. Day to day responsibilities include defining and communicating program roadmaps, reporting on status, risks, development issues, and success metrics, and proactively partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive execution and resolve challenges.
Pay Rate: $60–65/hour

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of program management experience in complex IT environments
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Proven experience working closely with development teams to drive delivery
Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business partners
Experience managing multiple projects or portfolios concurrently
