- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven IT Program Manager to lead and oversee complex, enterprise-wide programs for our end client.
- This role is responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects, aligning them with strategic business objectives, and ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, coordination, and governance.
- Lead and manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-level IT programs composed of multiple interconnected projects.
- Align program execution with Charter Communications strategic goals and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, and roadmaps from initiation through delivery.
- Monitor and report on program status, key milestones, development challenges, and success metrics.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues.
- Coordinate project interdependencies and optimize resource allocation across projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, performance, and delivery timelines.
- Establish and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency
- Can pay $60-65/h

- 5 years of experience in program or project management within IT or technology-driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in or with large enterprise environments, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Agile
- Scrum Master experience
- Familiarity with spring ceremonies
