Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Front-End React Architect with strong design and development experience—someone who has grown from developer to architect and can own the vision for a modern, scalable UI platform.
- You’ll lead the front-end architecture for an application currently used by enterprise customers as it expands to support small and mid-sized customers on the same shared platform.
- We’re also seeking candidates with AI experience or self-taught AI skills, especially those who can bring a clear vision for how AI can enhance the product.
- Architect, design, and build scalable front-end solutions using React.
- Define the new UI and technical direction as the platform grows to serve all customer tiers.
- Partner with product, UX, and backend teams to create a consistent experience for a diverse user base.
- Provide hands-on development, review code, and mentor engineers.
- Identify and integrate AI-driven features that improve user experience or development efficiency.
- Recommend technologies, patterns, and standards for long-term platform evolution.
- Can pay $65-70/h

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of front-end development with expert-level React.
- Proven front-end architecture experience with a strong design mindset.
- Experience supporting complex applications or multi-tenant environments.
- Demonstrated AI knowledge (professional or self-taught) with a clear point of view on implementation.
- Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, and modern build tooling.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience modernizing or scaling platforms across multiple customer segments.
- Exposure to LLM/AI integrations and cloud environments.
