Job Description

Insight Globals client is seeking a Tech Services Engineer to support their high-volume end-user environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of hands-on technical support and automation, with the ability to streamline service operations while actively troubleshooting issues.
The engineer will be responsible for owning ticket resolution, implementing process improvements, and administering Microsoft 365 environments. This role is split between frontline support and backend process development, with a strong focus on scripting, cloud platforms, and platform integrations.

This role will be fully on-site in Greenwood Village and offer compensation ranging from $25-30/hr

Required Skills & Experience

35 years in technical support or end-user computing
13 years in platform administration, automation, or SRE
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
Proficient in scripting: PowerShell and/or Bash (from scratch)
IAM administration experience (user provisioning, RBAC)
Familiarity with AWS and cloud integrations
Strong troubleshooting, ticketing, and customer service experience
Comfortable with help desk rotation (approx. 60 calls/week)
Local to site and open to fully onsite work

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional
Experience with DevOps environments or CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to automation and process optimization at scale
