A financial client of Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner for a hybrid role (3 days onsite in Greenwood Village, CO). We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help shape and deliver the next generation of CoBank’s digital and data ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, enjoys solving complex problems, and thrives at the intersection of business needs, analytics, and modern cloud platforms.
You’ll play a key role in modernizing legacy data and reporting systems as they transition to a cloud‑native architecture. Working closely with Product Managers, Data Architects, and Agile delivery teams, you’ll translate business needs into actionable product outcomes that deliver real value to end users across the organization.
This role balances strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a strong emphasis on data‑driven decision‑making, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Pay range falls from $30-35/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Comfort working with data sets, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Experience with or exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Financial services industry experience.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Data reporting and visualization experience.
Strong critical thinking and systems‑level problem solving.
