Job Description
Insight Global is looking for two electro-mechanical assemblers to join a leading global company in semiconductor and power conversion solutions. This person will be responsible for electro-mechanical assembly at the component level by following drawings/schematics and technical instructions. This is small component assembly with 50% of the time working under a scope, as well as partially in an ISO 7 cleanroom environment (gown, hairnet). This role will start out on first shift (6am-3pm) for the first 9-12months, and then switch to second shift (3pm-11:30pm). Pay ranges between 20-26/hour depending on experience, with an additional 15% shift differential once switching to second shift.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly at the component level
- Experience with small scale assembly (component level, working with hand tools like tweezers, small plyers/ anything under a scope)
- Experience following blueprints/schematics/drawings etc.
- Hand soldering experience
- Comfortable in an ISO 7 cleanroom with gown and hairnet
-Comfortable starting on 1st shift (6am-3pm) for the first 9-12 months, with then switching to 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm)
- Works well in teamwork environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
+ Has previously worked a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule
+ Previous experience in a cleanroom
+ Experience with SAP
+ IPC Level I soldering cert
