Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support a high-impact technology initiative for a top-tier client in Fort Collins, Colorado. This hybrid role focuses on two critical areas: data migration and training documentation development. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across technical and business teams. This role pays up to $30/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Data Migration Support
• Monitor and manage data migration activities across all project phases: development, testing, migration, and go-live
• Collaborate with Business, IT, and Product Data Management teams to ensure seamless data transitions
• Conduct data quality assessments, cleansing, and verification to maintain integrity
• Identify and mitigate data risks using industry best practices
• Troubleshoot data-related issues, bottlenecks, and bugs in coordination with the project team
🔹 Training Documentation Development
• Support the testing phase by planning and drafting user training materials
• Partner with IT and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to document business process procedures
• Review and refine documentation with SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Deliver well-formatted, user-friendly content suitable for publication and end-user adoption

Required Skills & Experience
- Very strong Excel knowledge (formulas, Power Query, Excel tables)
- Strong VBA programming skills, ability to read and write VBA code and troubleshoot & debug it
- Good visual design skills
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Very basic knowledge of Git Version control with desire to grow
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Ability to work onsite
- Strong communication skills
