- Our client is an enterprise telecommunications and connectivity company, and this role sits within their mobile network operations team.
- As a performance & optimization engineer, you will be focused on enhancing SMN customer experience and maximizing mobile network offload.
- Daily activities include, but are not limited to:
o Analyze network performance dashboards,
o Identify optimization opportunities and implement changes to meet or exceed KPI minimum operating thresholds
o Serve as Tier 3 escalation points for customer experience issues
o Update configurations based on AGPL audits
The pay rate for this role varies depending on level and years of experience and will range from $60-$66/hour.
