Under general supervision, this role involves assisting in the planning, forecasting, and evaluation of products submitted for qualification, as well as reporting results. The position is responsible for developing, enhancing, and implementing test methods and processes, initiating and coordinating testing with other teams, and tracking and documenting assigned projects. The individual actively supports efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, participates in the planning, design, and engineering of lab enhancements, and integrates communication industry architectures, topologies, hardware, and software into complete network configurations. Additionally, the role includes evaluating new products and making recommendations for improvement, assisting in the development and documentation of technical standards, and implementing approved methods of procedure. The individual works on medium to high complexity projects and systems related to CATV planning, configuration, and optimization, provides support across organizations, and may occasionally lead project teams. The pay range for this position starts at $53/hr and ranges up depending on years of experience. The ability to work effectively in a lab and team environment is essential.
