Job Description
Insight Global’s client is seeking a proactive Temporary Administrative Associate to support day‑to‑day office operations and the regional team. This role provides high‑level administrative support and serves as the first point of contact while helping maintain an efficient and professional office environment.
This is a short‑term contract role running through mid‑June or end of June, with travel between the Denver and Golden offices as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as front‑desk reception and primary office contact
Provide word processing and document support
Maintain and reconcile company credit card accounts
Schedule meetings and coordinate travel for staff
Order and manage office supplies
Coordinate with building management and corporate IT
Support employee onboarding activities
Plan office events and support office culture initiatives
Coordinate operations across regional offices
Manage and support company fleet vehicles

Required Skills & Experience
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with PDF editing software (Adobe, Bluebeam, or similar)
Strong word processing, editing, and grammar skills
Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability
Team‑oriented, results‑driven mindset
3+ years of experience in an office or administrative environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
Background in AEC, Construction, or Engineering preferred
