Day-to-Day:
• Oversee execution of capital projects, maintenance, and operational upgrades across properties
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, property management, and ownership stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with investment goals
• Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
• Help prioritize and execute property-level improvements across the portfolio
• Troubleshoot project issues and drive efficient delivery across multiple sites

Required Skills & Experience
• 7-10+ years of manufacturing/industrial construction project management experience
• Experience managing capital improvements, tenant improvements, or building upgrades
• Strong understanding of construction execution, budgeting, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple projects across a portfolio
• Experience working with property managers, landlords, or investors
• Solid client-facing communication and coordination skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background as Construction PM, or GC Superintendent with client/vendor interaction
• Experience with asset lifecycle management or operational improvements
• Ability to support light planning or feasibility discussions
