Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span both business and IT teams. This individual will be responsible for driving projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, resources, and delivery outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized facilitator and collaborator who excels at bringing teams together, navigating ambiguity, and driving accountability across stakeholders. This role is focused on project leadership, execution, and delivery management rather than hands-on technical development.
Project Planning & Delivery
• Define and manage project scope, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
• Drive projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Financial & Resource Management
• Own project forecasting, budget tracking, and variance management.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external resources to support successful delivery.
• Monitor financial performance and proactively address risks to project budgets.
Stakeholder Management & Facilitation
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, leadership, and vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, decision-making sessions, and working groups.
• Build alignment across teams and drive consensus on priorities and outcomes.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Escalate concerns proactively when scope, budget, timeline, or delivery outcomes are at risk.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure appropriate ownership for action items.
Communication & Reporting
• Provide clear, concise project updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Document decisions, action items, status updates, and next steps.
• Ensure transparency and accountability across all project participants.
Governance & Delivery Excellence
• Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies and governance processes.
• Promote delivery discipline and accountability across project teams.
• Track key project metrics and drive continuous improvement in execution practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional IT and business initiatives.
- Experience working within large enterprise IT environments.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and delivery management experience.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate discussions across varying levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Vendor/SI Management Experience – providing financial control and aggressively driving vendor to meet date and budget commitments.
- Agile and Waterfall project experience
- Excellent communication & ability to be a driver & take ownership of the project plans
