Job Description

Insight Global is in search of a Software Sales Representative for a large construction client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers in the United States by presenting innovative digital road condition assessment solutions and convincing potential customers of their benefits. You will lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements, aiming for successful deals and long-term partnerships. As the primary contact for customers, you will build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring their needs are met and influencing product development. You will develop and implement tailored sales strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Germany to meet customer needs and showcase successes, while reporting to the local Business Manager and leading the sales process with support from a Senior Project Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of sales experience
Ideally in software or technology
Familiar with sales funnels, lead generation and qualification, CRM and sales automation tools (Hubspot)
Must be okay with occasional travel
Driven, proactive, solution-oriented, and customer focused

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience from a start up or an agile environment
