Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Senior QA Engineer I to support and stabilize quality efforts across a growing application portfolio. This role will focus on working through existing testing backlogs, supporting organized and reliable release cycles, and helping establish consistent QA practices within a team that is still new to the organization. You will collaborate closely with engineering and application teams, applying your technical background and development experience to hands‑on testing efforts while contributing to improved release readiness. This is a strong opportunity for someone eager to make an immediate impact in a fast‑evolving environment.

This role is onsite 4x a week in Denver

Pay for this position is $108,000 to $130,000

Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in a QA, Software Test Engineer, or similar role.
Hands‑on experience testing software applications, including support of release coordination and validation.
Technical background with prior development experience or strong familiarity working within engineering teams.
Experience testing or supporting AI‑driven features, systems, or data‑centric applications.
Ability to work through testing backlogs, prioritize issues, and improve release organization.
Strong communication skills and comfort partnering closely with application and engineering teams.
