Job Description

An employer is looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our top utility clients in the Nation. This Scrum Master will be joining the IT PMO and specifically supporting the Customer portfolio for the organization. You will be stepping into projects that are delivering data & integrations solutions for their front-end website, mobile app, IVR, and salesforce user experiences. This is an awesome opportunity as they are just beginning to scratch the surface in terms of agile practice. As a result, you would have the opportunity, as a member of a dedicated team of Scrum Masters, to help them define our practice and "what good looks like". They also have significant opportunities for growth and expansion within the organization!

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- 6+ years of experience within Technology and emphasis on software development and data & AI domains
-Experience on a software product or technical product team
- Any previous coaching or training experience within a waterfall environment
- Ability to add value to more mature agile teams and engaging waterfall teams
- Any previous experience defining agile practices and principles for programs/organizations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Any previous experience defining agile practices and principles for programs/organizations
-Experience with backend data & any integrations (technology; Apigee, Informatica, AWS, GraphQL)
- Salesforce experience or exposure
