SCADA Administer

Responsibilities: 
• Administer and maintain multiple CygNet SCADA systems, ensuring reliability and performance. 
• Develop and implement advanced scripting solutions to customize and optimize the SCADA platform. 
• Assist in the normalization and standardization of large data overhauls to ensure data integrity. 
• Collaboration with other departments: Working with other departments, such as IT, engineering, and operations, to integrate the CygNet & Ignition SCADA systems with other enterprise systems and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Responding to system alerts and user issues, diagnosing problems, and providing technical support to end-users and field personnel.
• Act as a self-motivated, self-starter capable of working independently and in a team. 
• Effectively address technical challenges, formulate plans, and execute them within specified timelines. 
• Execute intermediate custom scripting to meet project requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with CygNet SCADA or Ignition SCADA. 
• Proficiency in scripting and coding, with a focus on VBScript and Python
• Experience with data normalization and standardization processes. 
• Familiarity with SCADA screen design principles is beneficial. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
