Job Description
Insight Global is se=eeking an Office Manager to support a client at their Denver office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the office, keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly, and supporting leaders when they are onsite. While most employees are remote, the Denver office serves as an important collaboration hub for in‑person meetings and visiting leaders. This is a fully onsite position with a strong focus on office coordination, hospitality, and administrative support. You will serve as the go‑to person for daily office operations and leadership visits within a growing, professional environment. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with strong intent to convert and offers high visibility, autonomy, and close partnership with leadership.
-Manage daily office operations and shared spaces
-Greet employees and visitors and build strong relationships
-Coordinate vendors, catering, and onsite leadership visits

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of office or administrative experience
Prior onsite office environment exposure
Professional communication and organization skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming, service-oriented mindset
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
