Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an entry-level Network Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Network Operations Center team for one of our largest utility clients. This individual will be primarily performing the role of Incident Agent. They will effectively use monitoring tools and respond to alerts that impact the environment, perform initial triage and determination of system faults and performance issues, and create incident tickets and assign to the appropriate Incident Assignee group. They may also perform the role of Incident Assignee and/or Incident Analyst managing trouble tickets, troubleshooting, resolving, assigning and escalating as appropriate for timely resolution and response, retaining ownership to bring the incident to a close. You must be able to work diverse schedules in a 24x7, 365 day environment, including on-call rotation.
