Job Description
A client of Insight Global's in the Financial Services industry is looking to hire a Java Developer in Pune, India. In this role you will collaborate with engineers across geographically distributed development centers to design and implement robust technical solutions. You’ll apply Agile methodologies daily, adhering to the Definition of Done (DoD) to ensure high-quality code with at least 80% unit test coverage and 70% integration test coverage. Your responsibilities will include estimating engineering effort, planning implementations, and rolling out applications within your domain. You’ll provide ongoing engineering support and contribute to release activities. A key part of your role involves breaking down complex problems into manageable components and delivering assigned work items efficiently. This role is onsite 3 days a week in Pune India.
8 LPA/hr to 12 LPA/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related fields with 6+ years of relevant experience in Java
· Proficiency in Java programming language constructs, Unit testing frameworks, Database knowledge, Protocol knowledge & Integration frameworks, Networking knowledge, Communication skills,
· Basic-level proficiency in advanced programming language constructs, Enterprise frameworks, OS knowledge, Virtualization, Micro-services, Cloud, Software testing, Performance testing, Support & Issue Resolution, Presentation skills
· Team player with good communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing business priorities and to thrive under pressure
