Job Description
A large manufacturing client in the Denver, CO area is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join their growing team. This person will work in a large manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for working through various daily tickets, ranging from 2-5 per day all the way up to 20-25 a day. These tickets cover a wide range of issues, including user support for desktops, printers, label printers, mobile devices, and manufacturing system stations. You will apply basic network fundamentals for Level 2 end-user support.
Pay Rate: $27-33/hr

Required Skills & Experience
3+ Years of Experience in an IT Support Role
Ticketing system experience (Manage Engine or related)
Windows experience
Basic Network fundamentals for Level 2 End User Support
Experience working with VIP and C-suite people (Communication skills)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Manufacturing background or industry experience
Mac experience
Audio visual for media rooms
