Job Description

A supply chain automation company in Denver, CO is looking for an IT Manager to join their team. This position is onsite in their office 5 days a week and requires determination and optimism! This company is building software products to enable businesses to be more economically and environmentally sustainable by digitally transforming the supply chain. This person will help to define the frontier of logistics optimization, supply prediction, and demand prediction. This role will require a significant time commitment (65+ hours/week) and is looking for someone that is interested in working long hours to complete projects, hit goals and disrupt the status quo! This particular role is entrepreneurial in nature; hence it requires candidates who can develop a full picture of the business problem to ship end-to-end solutions.

This person will manage the company's IT systems to ensure that software and computer hardware, along with networks and servers perform at a high level of effectiveness. This person will lead the technical onboarding of teammates (email, Slack, Salesforce, MS 365, Figma, etc.) and will maintain security and audibility to streamline access to the technology. This person will lead the organization through all IT related planning, projects, help desk incidents, and issues with the company's IT systems. This person will also be responsible for the inventory, budget, and purchasing of software and hardware resources while developing and implementing an active maintenance and upgrade/update schedule. This person will manage one or more direct reports, vendors, and contractors. This position is paying between $100K-$120K annually. If this sounds like the job for you, please apply today!

Required Skills & Experience

Working knowledge of SOC 2 Type 2 compliance/policies
Experience with Google Suite, GCP, IAM management
5+ years of experience as an IT Manager

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with security and vulnerability scanning tools (Sophos, ThreatStack)
