Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house Brand Studio and support global content and regional go-to-market teams. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, brand-compliant creative solutions across digital and print platforms, including adapting global campaigns for local markets. Responsibilities include designing custom graphics, layouts, and presentations; producing short-form videos, motion graphics, and animated content; and leveraging AI-driven design tools to enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with emerging AI applications in creative production—such as generative design, image enhancement, and automation—along with strong copywriting skills. Reporting to the Global Brand and Creative team, this position requires managing multiple projects with quick turnarounds, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful visuals, and staying current on trends and best practices in video and multimedia production.

$8/hr to $12/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a graphic designer in an in-house or agency setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom design solutions, video, and multimedia work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD, Firefly) and Figma, with solid understanding of visual communication principles across formats.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools, including generative design platforms, image enhancement software, and automation workflows.
- Skilled in video editing, animation, and motion graphics, with copywriting experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining brand consistency.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred; strong communication skills in English required.
