- We are seeking an experienced Epic Report Consultant to support several high-priority initiatives funded by a recent state grant.
- This role is critical to advancing data-driven decision-making within our healthcare operations.
- The consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact Epic dashboards and custom reports tailored to operational and executive leadership needs.
- Design and develop two Epic dashboards:
- One for Transportation Dispatchers, focusing on real-time logistics, scheduling, and resource utilization.
- One for Market President and Executive Center Leaders, emphasizing strategic KPIs, operational performance, and patient flow.
- Create a custom Epic report with nine specific data columns, using Epic Clarity and RWB.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams for ongoing support and maintenance
- Can pay $75-85/h

- 3+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools, including Clarity, RWB, and Radar Dashboards.
- Proven experience designing dashboards and custom reports in a healthcare setting.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Epics data model.
- Ability to interpret clinical and operational workflows and translate them into meaningful reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
