An oil and gas company in Bridgeport, WV is looking to hire on an Environmental Field Supervisor. This person's responsibilities will include LDAR program management, including reviewing surveys, looking for leaks, and distinguishing between heat and emissions. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff, and potentially doing field surveys during busy periods. Lastly, they will spend some time reviewing work orders. The larger goal is to maintain and improve current emissions monitoring practices, and continuing to further the teams capabilities with cutting edge technology, including meeting with vendors to consider new monitoring equipment to support cutting edge initiatives. This person will on average spend about 1 week in the Field supporting emissions technicians, but about 80% of their time will be spent in office manager the LDAR (leak detection and repair). This role will be in office 5 days/week, and pay between $100,000 and $120,000.
