Job Description
                    
                        
                            Acts as a liaison between leadership and team to ensure everyone is on the same page with a smooth flow of information, assists in preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation ensuring leadership has the necessary tools to make informed decisions that support team and company goals, supports company culture, and stays flexible by adjusting to shifting priorities or unexpected changes, making sure the team stays productive and aligned with company goals even in dynamic environments.
Confirm accuracy of well, cost, and production data, take appropriate action on any changes, and communicate required corrections to the necessary parties
Build reports with various data sources as requested by division
Collect, build reports and/or visuals, and analyze data
Understand data sources, workflow, and functionality of internal apps to provide support for others in the division
Initiates and develops more accurate and reliable data analyses and reporting methodologies
Liason with internal teams (Headquarters, IR, Operations, Engineering, Accounting, IS)
Ensure regulatory requirements are met in states of operation (WY, ND)
Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments

                        Required Skills & Experience
                        
                        
                            7-10 years of experience 
Oil and gas experience
Understanding of purchase orders, vendor coordination, and supply chain processes
Ability to manage project documentation, budgets, schedules, and compliance records accurately
