Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Site Lead (DSL) with a strong focus on automation, VDC workflows, and data-driven delivery to help modernize how digital design and construction data is created, analyzed, and delivered.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, building automation that replaces manual effort, and partnering closely with design, VDC, and project teams to improve efficiency across the project lifecycle.
You will work at the intersection of Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, automation scripting, and data exploration, helping move teams from manual processes to more scalable, standardized digital delivery models.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamo scripting and Python, ideally within a Revit or VDC context
Experience working with Autodesk Revit (preferably 2025/2026)
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM360
Experience calling APIs to automate data extraction or integrate systems
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments
Ability to work closely with VDC, design, and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with SQL or BigQuery for managing and querying large datasets
Exposure to AI agents or workflow automation using cloud platforms
Familiarity with Vertex AI, BigQuery, or similar data/AI tools
Construction, AEC, or VDC domain experience
