Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Denver area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the Denver location and a few other locations remotely. You will be joining a team of 10 to help support internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. The team is made up of 10 folks who receive roughly 50-70+ tickets a day. This position is looking to start immediately for a 6 month contract to hire.

2+ years of experience in a desktop technician role
Experienced with a ticketing system
Client uses sysaid
Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting
Experience with hardware support, password resets and AV support
Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments
