Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CX Business Operations Analyst for a client within the IAM industry. Reporting into the Senior Renewal Operations Manager, this role is essential to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer success and renewals data. We're looking for someone who thrives on data-driven problem solving, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Your work will directly enhance the efficiency and performance of our customer-facing teams, helping drive smarter decisions and stronger outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
· Data Validation: Perform regular validation of data between Customer Success and Renewals systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
· System Data Integrity: Maintain and improve data integrity across various systems used by Customer Success, Renewals, and Finance, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively. ·
· Data Reconciliation: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Renewals, and Finance teams to investigate, resolve, and reconcile data discrepancies.
· Salesforce Opportunity Record Audits: Conduct periodic audits of opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to established processes.
· Workflow Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for Customer Success and Renewal workflows, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
Reporting & Analysis: Assist in generating reports and providing insights based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making within CX operations.

Required Skills & Experience

· Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
· SaaS Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the SaaS business model and
· Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SF CRM, and other business intelligence platforms).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Customer lifecycle is a plus.
