In the role of Construction EIT, we'll count on you to:
* Assist the Project Manager with all facets of project execution
* Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, typically involving a large project staff.
* Coordinate and track action items and budgets through all phases of a facility project including strategic planning, permitting, design, construction, and closeout.
* Receive, issue and track RFIs, submittals and other required data.
* Read, clearly understand and interpret construction drawings.
* Work with project accountants to issue invoices and monthly reports.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and develop sub agreements and manage subcontractor budgets.
This role will be paying $35-45/hr

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate
2-5 years experience in construction management and/or construction quality assurance related activities
Strong people skills, ability to interact with the design team
Experience with local permitting (stormwater, location & extent, land development, etc.)
Demonstrated understanding of client relationship management and evidence of experience interacting directly with clients
