Job Description
Insight Global is hiring an AI Engineer to join an AI software development company based in Denver, CO. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize multi-agent systems using LangGraph on GCP. You will develop agent behaviors, context-passing logic, tool orchestration, and context & prompt-engineering strategies that support complex business-analysis workflows. You will also collaborate closely with full-stack developers to ensure front-end interactions map cleanly to back-end agent functionality. Comfort working with code-generation agents and AI-assisted development tools is important.
Responsibilities:
- Design and extend LangGraph-based agent workflows to support complex consulting and business-analysis tasks.
- Develop Python microservices and deploy them on GCP Cloud Run.
- Create high-quality prompt engineering patterns, retrieval strategies, and context-management mechanisms.
- Implement agent-to-agent and agent-to-front-end communication patterns, including serverless API endpoints.
- Work closely with front-end teams to ensure UI flows successfully trigger and interact with AI agents.
- Integrate vector stores, embeddings, and context serialization pipelines where needed.
- Evaluate new LLM capabilities and improve agent performance, reliability, and correctness.
- Use and contribute to internal code-generation agents, helping improve agent-driven development workflows.
