Job Description
· Drive culture and adoption of MBSE throughout the organization by promoting the use of MBSE and providing training
and support to the team.
· Develop standard work and business operating procedures related to MBSE and system architecture deployment.
· Create formal processes for applying MBSE within the program.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with various engineering disciplines and departments to
ensure a cohesive and integrated system design and digital environment.
· Integrate Model-based Systems Engineering Principles and Requirements into digital environments across the
enterprise.
· Develop and manage system architectures, interfaces, and requirements using MBSE tools. This involves creating
models using languages like SysML to represent the system's structure, behavior, and various functional and nonfunctional requirements.
· Communicate complex engineering technical information to team members of various backgrounds and disciplines.
· Help establish and maintain the Technical Baseline for a Command and Control (C2), and Research, Development, and
Test (RDT) Operations Center.
This role will be onsite 5 days a week at Shriver Airforce Base. This position is expected to pay $130,000 - $145,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications
that are directly related to the position.

Required Skills & Experience
· Must have 5, or more, years of systems engineering experience
· Must have strong knowledge of systems engineering frameworks (e.g. DoDAF, UAF, TOGAF)
· Must have strong knowledge of modeling languages (e.g. SySML, UML)
· Must have experience using model-based SE tools (DOORs, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.)
· Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT or any STEM related field
