Job Description
-Manage an internal documentation library and knowledge repositories to ensure consistent formatting, hierarchy, and organization throughout.
-Become the program’s subject matter expert (SME) on Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) markings and requirements, Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) requirements and timelines, PWS required documents delivery requirements and timelines, as well as understanding and enforcing standards for formatting and peer review for the CLS team.
-Maintain an organized repository of project information and data on the project and customer SharePoint sites.
-Prepare project-required reports, processes, plans, procedures, manuals and other required documentation to meet the needs and requirements of the program.
-Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and capture meeting minutes.
-Develop and present project status reports for internal stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
-Follow up with other people outside of your local work environment in order to facilitate the timely delivery of PWS required documents.
-Perform physical QA checks with Logistics personnel on all hardware shipments being sent from the warehouse and maintain all QA records for higher level review.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
-10+ years of overall experience with the majority being proofreading and document creation and editing related.
-Must have an active Secret clearance.
-Proficiency in MS Office; expert at utilizing formatting tools for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; expert at utilizing Teams and Outlook to communicate, store and manage information, and Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat; ability to edit and format PDF files.
