A company in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team. This Engineer will be responsible for developing and refining systems engineering and configuration management processes, procedures and methodologies. They will also:
Create process documentation, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training material
Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities
Design future state process maps and implementation roadmaps
Facilitate process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
Create metrics and reporting frameworks
Conduct process audits and compliance assessments
This position is onsite full-time at Schriever SFB, and the ideal candidate will have excellent analytical thinking, be detail-oriented with strong documentation skills, and have effective communication and presentation skills. The pay rate is $50-65/hr depending on years and level of experience, education, and certifications. This role requires an Active Secret Clearance or higher.

1-3+ years of experience in process engineering, or similar field
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Must have experience with process modeling tools
Active Secret Clearance, or higher
