Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a key Engineer to join their Growth Insights team. In this role you will apply advanced analytics, Business Intelligence, and Generative AI techniques to uncover insights and drive data-informed growth strategies. You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams to support enterprise-wide growth initiatives, reporting to a senior leader within the Data & Analytics organization.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to explore complex growth challenges using data analytics, predictive modeling, and Gen AI tools to generate actionable insights.
• Develop AI-Enhanced Dashboards: Build and maintain dynamic, Gen AI-powered dashboards and reporting tools that provide foresight and prescriptive recommendations to business teams.
• Support ML Model Deployment: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of machine learning models for use cases such as sales recommendations, churn prediction, and financial forecasting.
• Enable Agentic AI Solutions: Contribute to the development and testing of Agentic AI workflows that automate growth-related tasks across platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Eloqua, and Oracle Cloud.
• Collaborate on Data Infrastructure: Work with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines and architecture support scalable, AI-native analytics solutions.
• Promote Data Literacy: Help maintain the enterprise data catalog and support internal data literacy initiatives by enabling self-service analytics and sharing best practices.
• Deliver Executive Insights: Prepare data visualizations and summaries that support strategic decision-making by senior leadership, including the Chief Data & Analytics Officer.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics)
- 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science within Finance/FP&A
- Strong experience with Monte Carlo simulations for financial items like forecasting
- Experience with forecasting models including ARIMA, Prophet, and LSTM (to help forecast items like profit)
- Proficient in Python or R, and SQL queries
- Highly experienced with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Familiarity with Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts and tools
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into business insights
- Strong communications skills and affinity for data storytelling and data storyboards to communicate the 'why'
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
