Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join the U.S. Renal Care team in Colorado specializing in end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) care.

Required Skills & Experience

* Current specialty certifications and license to practice as an Advanced Practitioner in the state of Colorado and Utah (or willing to get Utah License)

* Enrolled in CMS (Medicare) in both states

* Firm understanding of the protocols, policies, and operations of a physician's practice

* Minimum of 2 years of NP experience

* Experience working in Nephrology and/or internal medicine specialties (ex: cardiology, endocrinology )

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Positive and charismatic attitude

* Comfortable traveling between facilities and working independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Familiarity with Risk Adjustment in Value-Based Care

* Utah NP License
