Job Description
As a Datacenter IT Project Manager, you will oversee IT projects that support mission-critical datacenter operations, with a focus on software implementation (such as CMMS) and process improvement. On a daily basis, you’ll partner with engineering and operations teams to design and optimize workflows, drive strategic initiatives that enhance reliability and efficiency, and ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires autonomy, initiative, and the ability to execute on a vision while collaborating across stakeholders. You’ll be expected to communicate effectively about process improvement and strategy, manage complex technical projects, and bring experience from hyperscaler environments to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
-Hands-on experience implementing enterprise software solutions (CMMS or similar) in datacenter or IT environments
-Strong background in process architecture and operational strategy
-Ability to speak to process improvement and strategy (without needing deep change management expertise)
-Familiarity with datacenter-specific tools, workflows, and operational best practices
-Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and execute on a vision
-Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment
-Willingness to work hybrid with required travel (~25%)
-Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift quickly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-PMP certification
-Experience working in or with hyperscaler datacenter environments (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.)
-Exposure to IT project management in large-scale infrastructure or operations
