Job Description
A company in the Boulder, CO area is looking for Software Engineers to join their team in support of classified programs. The Software Engineers are responsible for a variety of efforts including new feature development, modernization and baseline code modifications for large defense system. Software Engineers will participate in technical peer reviews and work with various Integrated Product Teams and focus on UI, overall health status, communication between system/application entities and general modernization efforts. Pay Range: ~$90K-150K annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- STEM Degree and 2-5+ years of related experience (various levels of openings)
- Proficiency with C++ and Object Oriented programming
- Python scripting experience
- Familiarity with Linux Operating Systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Atlassian Tool Suite experience
- Experience with Microservices, containerization (Podman preferred)
- Experience with Simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink or ClearCase/ClearQuest
- Configuration management software experience (i.e. Git, Conan, CMake, Nexus, etc.)
- Experience modernizing software baselines
