An Employer based in Boulder, CO is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their growing organization. This person must have an active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one. This person will be over a technical team of 5 Software Engineers and must be able to coordinate tasks, understand priorities and objectives. This person will need to be detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills. This role will focus on the development of applications using tools such as Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Redux, C++ and Unreal.
This is a small, tight-knit team that runs on the company's core values: Clients First, Cultivate Belonging, Communicate Transparently, Invest in Our People, and Adapt Deliberately. The role will be fully on-site 5 days a week in Boulder, CO. This is a Lead/Senior level role and is posted at $160,000-$220,000/year, depending on skill level.
