A well-established, 70-year-old worldwide custom manufacturing company is seeking multiple detail oriented Material Handlers for permanent placement in in Arvada, CO on Day shift. The Material Handler will play a crucial role in the operations process, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of parts and equipment. You will support production, logistics, materials handling and quality control in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. Responsibilities include managing stocking, ensuring proper storage and organization of materials, performing inventory tasks, pilling orders, and administrative documentation. All materials are industrial machinery parts. The role requires standing, bending, carrying, and lifting up to 50 lbs (anything heavier can use a crane system). Candidates must be detail oriented, organized, and be able to work in a reactive, changing environment.
Advancement Opportunities: The position offers room for advancement within the company. Salaries are based on performance and experience. Optional overtime is available on weekends and holidays, and the opportunity to cross train into other positions. Employees are eligible for health and dental benefits on day one and can take advantage of a 401K with a 60% match up to 6% and tuition reimbursement for continued education. PTO includes 80 hours, plus 48 hours sick leave and 14 holidays per calendar year.
