Responsibilities
Develop and customize CRM systems: Design, code, test, and implement configurations Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure and Power Platform.
Integrate CRM with other applications: Enhance functionality by integrating CRM with other systems.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support: Resolve bugs and issues and offer technical support when necessary.
Optimize performance: Monitor and optimize the CRM system for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure data security: Adhere to data security and privacy regulations.
Provide training: Train and support end users to help them use the CRM effectively.
Stay updated: Keep up with the latest CRM technologies, platforms, and best practices.
