Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze asbestos samples using microscopy techniques
- Perform small-sample preparation and detailed microscopic analysis
- Identify and differentiate the five main asbestos minerals
- Support remediation-related sample analysis
- Rotate through day-to-day lab tasks, including collaboration with QA teams
- Accurately document findings and maintain laboratory records
- Use basic computer systems for data entry and reporting
- Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in asbestos testing
- Hands-on, in-lab experience
- Experience with microscopy and sample preparation
- Comfort identifying asbestos minerals under the microscope
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic computer skills
