Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an Esthetician for a leading provider of premium skincare and aesthetic services, dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and promoting overall well-being. This is a full-time position based out of the Los Angeles office, providing aesthetic services to patients. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about skincare techniques and products, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a genuine desire to help clients achieve their skincare goals. This role will collaborate closely with other providers and the Doctor to deliver a 360-degree level of care before, during, and after procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

-Esthetician license issued by the State of California.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience as an esthetician in a spa, salon, or clinical skincare setting.
-Skilled in a range of skincare treatments and modalities, including advanced facial techniques.
-Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, product lines, and protocols.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
-Adaptable and calm under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-Demonstrated success in retail product recommendations and treatment sales.
-High level of professionalism and integrity.
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
-Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and scheduling.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
