Job Description

The Director of Sales is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building, managing, and scaling the internal sales function across a multi-site medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, and plastic surgery business. This role requires strong performance management capabilities, CRM fluency, KPI-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead a sales team accountable for patient conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

You will partner closely with the marketing, call center, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales goals with business strategy, lead flow, and financial targets. This is a growth-stage company with a founder-led culture success in this role requires an energetic, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with minimal layers.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in a sales leadership role, preferably in aesthetics, elective healthcare, or consumer-facing medical services.
Proven experience managing and coaching a high-performing sales team.
Strong command of CRM tools and data-driven sales processes.
