The Director of Finance is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for all core financial functions in a growing, multi-site, founder-led multi-site medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, and plastic surgery business. This role oversees budgeting, reporting, vendor and expense management, commission calculations, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, insurance policies, and AR/AP operations. The Director of Finance will work closely with executive leadership and departmental heads to enhance financial discipline, support growth initiatives, and drive ROI-focused decision-making.

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 57+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in healthcare, private equity-backed, or multi-site environments.
- Proven track record of hands-on financial management, budgeting, and team oversight in dynamic growth settings.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; confident managing budgets, cash forecasts, and financial operations.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
