Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects in the Los Angeles area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of custom residential construction, and is passionate about delivering exceptional quality and client service.
You’ll be working closely with owners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and city officials to bring luxury homes from vision to reality—on time, on budget, and with impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Lead all phases of construction from pre-construction planning to final walkthrough
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and subcontractor contracts
• Oversee job site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or delays with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices, purchase orders, and project expenditures
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Compensation: $90-120k
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 5+ years of experience managing custom residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and permitting processes in Los Angeles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
