Optum is looking for Workday Trainers with industry and product expertise to train healthcare leaders and staff post Workday Go-Live. Trainers should have experience in supporting/training employees on Workday Timetracking and Shiftwizard in a US Healthcare organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- Workday Certified or equivalent experience training healthcare professionals in Workday Timetracking and/or Shiftwizard
- Experience creating custom training materials for go-live support
- Experience with support tracking and resolution via virtual and in person interactions
Experience conducting product training at other US based Healthcare organizations
- ability to be on site 1-2 weeks pre and post April 16th go-live
- potential for extensions past the 6 weeks
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Workday training/creation of training materials at a US healthcare organization
