Job Description
Hands‑on Salesforce developer responsible for designing, building, and deploying secure, scalable solutions across Service/Health/Experience Cloud. Partners closely with BAs, admins, QA/UAT, and integration teams to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations that follow platform best practices.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform configuration.
Implement and support email‑to‑case, call center connectors, and API integrations with external systems.
Collaborate with BAs to refine user stories, estimate effort, and ensure end‑to‑end traceability.
Perform code reviews; uphold coding standards, performance, and security guidelines.
Troubleshoot complex issues across code, automation, integrations, and environment configuration.
Create and maintain technical design docs, data models/ERDs, and deployment plans.
Coordinate releases (package/metadata deployment, sandbox strategy, versioning, change management).
Partner with QA/UAT to define unit/integration test coverage and resolve defects promptly.
Adhere to enterprise security policies and Salesforce security model; safeguard credentials.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce development; 10+ years total software development preferred.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous jobs (batch/queueable), and platform configuration.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP, middleware, ETL).
Familiarity with Service Cloud/Health Cloud and CRM/call center use cases.
Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps/release management, and Agile/Scrum.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to mentor and work cross‑functionally.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) strongly preferred.
Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
Experience with provider‑management solutions on Salesforce.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Copado) and test automation.
