Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO of one of our nonprofit, membership based clients that bring together experts across healthcare, education and policy to standardize and improve autism care nationwide.

This role is heavily focused on executive-level administrative support (60–70%), with additional responsibility for project coordination, cross-functional communication, and operational support.

The ideal candidate is extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams, complex scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support (60–70%)

Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics with precision and urgency
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
Ensure seamless day-to-day administrative operations and prioritize shifting demands
Project & Workflow Coordination

Track key project timelines, deliverables, and organizational priorities
Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain visibility into ongoing initiatives and proactively identify risks or gaps
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison across internal teams (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) and external vendors
Support coordination and execution of organizational initiatives
Membership & Organizational Support

Provide administrative and coordination support for membership-related activities, which are central to NSAP’s mission
Assist with events, communications, and internal organizational efforts

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in executive-level administrative support
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Extensive experience managing calendars and scheduling across stakeholders
Exceptional responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience directly supporting a CEO or senior executive
Background in nonprofit, association, or membership-based organizations
PMP certification or formal project management experience
Familiarity with iMIS or similar membership management systems
