Job Description
Insight Global seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Detailed design experience of water/wastewater infrastructure related projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, contract requirements, and quality standards.
• Provide high-quality engineering services within defined constraints.
• Coordinate work with sub-consultants and internal technical teams.
• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, coordinating, supervising, and reviewing work across disciplines including environmental, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation/control engineering.
• Assist in achieving project goals related to budget, schedule, and quality.
• Perform data analysis, system modeling, and hydraulic calculations to size and select infrastructure facilities.
• Foster effective communication among project teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly at the staff level.
• Contribute to proposal development, including scopes of work and engineering fee estimates.
• Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior engineers and project staff.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
6+ years of experience with Infrastructure (pipes/pipelines/site utility/stormwater) design experience
Degree in civil or environmental engineering or related engineering field
EIT certification or passed FE exam
Ability to apply critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques to develop options and recommendations to solve technical problems
